Match Report | The first half was an even affair. Torbay started the better if the two sides, creating a number of early chances. However, PGSOB broke too easily on occasions and secured a 2-0 lead at half time. Torbay were rightly positive going into the second half. If they could take some of the chances they would soon turn around the deficit. It wasn’t to be. PGs stepped it up a notch in the second half, finding space in the midfield as well as around the flanks. Torbay continued to push forward, threatening the PGSOB goal, but with no real conviction. Torbay will be hoping for a better performance next week. Simple possession and sharper basics are required. PGSOBs are one of two team sports that have won all of their games so far this season. |
