At England Hockey Time to Listen session recently one of the things that came out of it that as a club we have to  report to England Hockey all injuries that result in a player having to visit hospital. It is an online form that can be found using the link below:

This can also be found if you search England Hockey website for "England Hockey Injury Monitoring Report". It is not a very long form and would only take 5 mins to complete.

The intention of this reporting process is to build up a bank of injuries to try and identify any patterns and then see if any changes in rules or advice for training drills would make the game safer.
